In my last post I mentioned the Pullover Shoot. This was my "Go To" trick last Summer and it took me a good 10 weeks (and a lot of bruising) to finally nail it. When done well, it is really quite elegant. I threw it best at the September 2006 show...soaring three feet over the bar.
