Teaching this old dog a new trick - Jan 23, 2010

Trained with Le Studio's Elite Aerial team and thanks to coaches Petra and Jaime, I learned how to do front handsprings - for the first time EVER - at 39!!!

Age really is just a number.

No pics or video but take my word, I landed on both feet (then my bumm) with a great, big, Mary Lou Retton smile on my face!
