Looky what I can do...

Aug 13, 2009: Warming up and stretching out before Silks training with Christine...

Who knew, my arms could bend backward like that??!! Christine just asked "Hey, can I try something?" I said, "Sure!" And the next thing I know, my wrists are crossed behind my back. GREAT STRETCH!!! (And it doesn't hurt)
